Service Eligibility Requirements:
The facility must be operational. The business registration of the facility must be valid. The work permits for all employees in the group of facilities must be valid. The facility must comply with the Ministry’s contract documentation plan. There should be no remarks in the Wage Protection System. The employee’s consent to the request and employment contract is required.
